These custom sconces are made with wooden stirrups. The stirrups are hand formed, so they are not exactly the same. They are 8” high by 6” wide by 4” extension.

These sconces are set up for hard wire only into an electrical box. If you need to have them set up with a cord for plugging in, that is easily done. We will need the dimensions required for an additional $30 charge for both. If you need a soft wire to a plug location, we will also need a dimension for a line switch so you can turn it off and on.

The candles inside the stirrups look just like real candles with the drips and runs that are just like the candles you burn. They are 3” in diameter by 3” high. They are not scented so they are non-allergenic. Each candle has a 3-5 watt candelabra base flicker-flame bulb that gives you the illusion of a candle that is burning. If you should forget to turn them off, you do not have to fear a candle fire.

This one-of-a-kind sconce is made from an antique wagon wheel and is approximately 125 years old, in excellent condition. The wheel rim is 2" wide and is 21" in diameter. The hub is mounted to a solid brass plate that is married to the hub from one side to the other to make it a very sturdy piece. It has 3 candles. Each candle is 3" in diameter and mounted to the sconce in a way that protrudes out from the wheel. The candles extend 11" out from the wall. Each simulated candle is hand formed and dipped in paraffin. Each candle is unique in its own right and has its own characteristics to give it the illusion of an actual candle. Each light that is inside the candles has a candelabra-based, 3-5 watt flicker flame bulb, again to give the illusion of a waxed candle burning.
